We assist commercial tenants with locating new locations for their business.
 Pacific Rim Properties is a member of The Anchorage Multiple Listing Service which benefits investors by including their commercial lease space in the MLS system making that marketing information available to hundreds of real estate associates and to potential tenants on the MLS web site.
Pacific Rim Properties is a member of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and is the only Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) in the state of Alaska which puts it in the top 10% of all property management companies nationwide.
Commercial property management services include: tenant communications, rent collections, building inspections, contracting janitorial, maintenance, HVAC, snow removal and grounds care as well as accounting, budgeting, and preparing monthly owner reports. Emergency after hours calls are handled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 Commercial leasing and sales services include marketing commercial listings for lease including signage, advertising, MLS placement and placement of the listing information on Pacific Rim Properties web site featured property page. We show properties to prospective tenants and assist in lease or sales negotiations.
Other commercial services include: real estate market analysis, broker’s opinion of value, consulting, administrating tenant improvements and capital improvements, representing owners, sellers and buyers and serving as court appointed receiver for real estate.
