Property Management services include; leasing, tenant selection, rent collections, accounting, coordinating maintenance and repairs, tenant communications, and preparing monthly owner reports. Emergency after hours calls are handled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Homeowner’s Association Management services are provided within our Association Management department managing, condominium and homeowner’s associations, community associations and planned unit developments.
Other services include; real estate market analysis, broker’s opinion of value, consulting (administering tenant improvements, administering renovations and capital improvements), representing sellers and buyers, and serving as court appointed receiver for real estate.
